To ensure safe packaging and improved delivery accuracy, processing times may occasionally extend by an additional two to four days during high-volume or special-handling periods. Orders containing customized, pre-order, or specially handled items may also require extra time before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Most packages are delivered within eight to twelve business days after shipment. However, actual delivery dates may vary due to factors such as flight schedules, customs inspections, weather conditions, and carrier or last-mile delays. Please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate and up-to-date delivery estimate.

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order leaves the warehouse.

For customers located in Vietnam, canceling an item in your order may affect your eligibility for free shipping. If the order total drops below the required threshold after a cancellation, you may be charged the applicable shipping fee before the order can proceed.

If your package has not been delivered within the estimated time frame, please contact our customer service team. For undelivered packages, inquiries must be made within ninety days of the payment date so that we can assist. If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you did not receive it, or if your package contains missing or incorrect items, please reach out within sixty days of the delivery date listed in your tracking details. Contacting us outside these time frames may limit our ability to resolve the issue.

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, as we work with both domestic and international warehouses to maintain competitive pricing and ensure product availability. This means that items may be delivered separately, each with its own tracking number.
